This page lists the PSI Support Coordinators and other area resources such as groups, telephone support, and reliable services that are available for no charge. We also list local events, trainings, and volunteer opportunities.

STATE OF MICHIGAN PERINATAL MOOD DISORDER COALITION

This is a collaborative of professionals and others working in the field of Perinatal Mental Health. Founded in 2013, this group’s mission is to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of pregnant and postpartum women and their families through education, outreach, advocacy, and support. SUPPORT GROUPS and PROGRAMS

The following groups offer support at no charge for women who are at risk of or are experiencing distress such as isolation, depression, anxiety, fearful thoughts, insomnia, trauma, and other difficulties during pregnancy or postpartum. Support groups provide a safe and caring place for connection and recovery. Please call or email for more information.

The partial hospitalization day treatment program specializes in the treatment of pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, allowing mothers to bring their babies to the daily program.
