Here is what to do:

  • Print one of the signs below or make your own.
  • Make sure to tag us on your post (FB/Insta @PostpartumSupportInternational and Twitter @postpartumhelp)
  • Include the text below in your post:

“Did you know that 1 in 7 women will experience postpartum depression? And often, women don’t seek help due to stigma and misconceptions.

I won’t let stigma and shame stop a mom, dad, or partner from asking for and getting the help they need. Will you join me? Print out the PSI helpline number: 1-800-944-4773 and share it with your circle. (Make sure to tag PSI on facebook (@postpartumsupportinternational), twitter (@postpartumhelp) and instagram (@postpartumsupportinternational) for a chance to be featured on their social media. You can help someone today.)

Postpartum depression is the MOST common complication of childbirth and one of the most overlooked. Postpartum Support International has worked for the last 30 years to reach mothers, fathers and families all over the world and provide them with non-judgemental support, information and resources free of charge. #NoParentAlone #NoMomAlone #NoDadAlone”
