Jess has worked in the non-profit sector since 2014 and is a self-proclaimed CRM nerd! Her project management and CRM expertise bolster program impact and growth. Jess has a B.A. in Public Affairs, with a concentration in Non-profit and Community Leadership. Her background includes both domestic and international program management. She lives in Memphis, TN, where she is actively involved in her community, including foster care and birth parent support. Jess has a strong heart for parents in highly vulnerable situations.
