Whitney Bennett, MS, OTR/L
Whitney is an occupational therapist who has spent a decade supporting children with special needs in home, school, and clinical settings.
Her life shifted profoundly three and a half months after the birth of her second daughter, when she experienced postpartum psychosis and required a month-long hospitalization. That experience became the foundation for a powerful journey of healing and purpose.
Today, Whitney is a dedicated advocate for postpartum psychosis awareness and maternal mental health de-stigmatization. She is especially committed to improving access to perinatal-specific care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as advancing legal justice reform within civil and family law systems.
Outside of her professional and advocacy work, Whitney enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with loved ones—but her most important and cherished role is being a mother to her two daughters.
