Maternal mental health is a significant factor in family law cases. However, a lack of familiarity with perinatal mental health disorders may hinder the identification of this crucial aspect of a client’s case. Postpartum Support International offers a presentation that provides essential information on perinatal mental health disorders, including a practical approach for family law attorneys. Developed by perinatal mental health professionals and family law attorneys with experience in cases involving mental health, this presentation aims to educate and equip legal professionals for litigation.
